April 2020 NUBC Meeting (Cancelled)

Updated 3/13/2020: 

After considerable discussion and active monitoring of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to cancel the in-person NUBC meeting that was scheduled to take place in Baltimore on April 7th and 8th. Thank you to everyone who notified us of their travel restrictions and increased workload related to the virus outbreak, as this input was important in helping us come to this determination. As a result of this decision, we encourage you to cancel any hotel and travel arrangements that you may have made for Baltimore (FYI: NUCC also has been cancelled).
 
We plan to host several issue-specific calls on the items of business that would have been discussed at this NUBC meeting. Call-in numbers and additional information about these calls will be sent in the coming week.

The April in-person open meeting of the NUBC was scheduled for April 7-8, 2020, at the Westin Baltimore Washington Airport - BWI. It is now cancelled. 

April 7, 2020:

• 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Open Meeting

April 8, 2020:

• 8:30 am - 10:00 am: Open Meeting
• 10:15 am - 12:00 pm: Joint Meeting with NUCC

The room rate is $149 per night (Government Rate $109).  The room rate cut-off date is Friday March 6, 2020.  The rate is available from Monday April 6 – Thursday April 9.
